Pott's 'Pork, Cider & Shallot Gravy'

An ideal accompaniment to a pork roast, and with the addition of a little water it's perfect as the base for a ham-hock soup or stew.

Ingredients: Water, Kentish Cider (9%) (Sulphites), Shallots (8%), Pork Stock Base (4%) (Concentrated Pork Broth (60%), Cornflour, Salt, Sugar Concentrated Onion Juice), Cornflour, Sugar, Molasses, Vegetable Bouillon Powder (Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Potato Starch, Sea Salt. Palm Oil, Vegetables (10%) (Celery, Onion, Leek, Carrot), Maize Starch, Spices (Turmeric, White Pepper, Garlic, Mace, Nutmeg), Parsley, Loveage), Concentrated Lemon Juice.
