Prepared Mince

Our prepared mince is made using a 50/50 ratio of our Angus beef and free-range pork. We add salt, pepper, nutmeg, breadcrumbs and eggs for the perfect ready-to-cook mix! Perfect for meatballs or a meatloaf.
