The Shop will be open Monday 30th 10h-18h30 and Tuesday 31st 8h30-16h. Then closed until Tuesday 6th January.
Also known as pork tenderloin ('filet pur' ou 'filet mignon' de porc), it's a long thin cut of pork with almost no fat and extremely tender.
Each fillet weighs approximately 400 grams.
