Minced Lamb is a staple of a butcher's trade, but nowadays the focus is often making the lamb go as far as possible. Our approach is different, and hasn't changed for generations. The animals used are in their prime, grass fed, and sourced from small farms that produce consistent lamb, while the cuts used promise ample marbling and fat content for proper flavour and colouring.
