Partners in life as well as in business, Julia & Wesley have been working in the premium butchery sector for well over 15 years now.
They recently decided to start their own adventure with the opening of 'Wesley's Butcher Shop' supplying premium meats, in a small local shop, in the European Quarter in Brussels.
Irish Black Angus Beef
Pasture-raised on exclusively grass fed diets, ensuring an intensely deep flavour and that sought-after marbling. Our beef is left to hang and dry-age between 21-42 days, making for a more tender and flavoursome experience.

Our quality lamb is the result of incredible animal husbandry & practices across the British Isles. Sourced from both Ireland & Scotland, our lamb is tender and packed with flavour. From delicate cutlets to large roasting joints.

Our poultry is free-range and Label Rouge certified, meaning the highest levels of animal welfare have been respected, as well as protecting the environment, ensuring a superior product with a succulent, deep flavour.
