The history of the chop in modern butchery stretches back to the 17th century, when “Chop Houses” began serving individual portions of meat to punters. The chop as we know it today was born. Lamb Chops are cut from the spine, including the bone to offer flavour and hold the meat together. With the quality of the British lamb brought from our farms, chops are a year round favourite.
Each unit weighs approximately 140 grams.
